Nuvilex Signs Production Agreement with Clementine Art, Inc.

Cherry Hill, NJ, November 20, 2009, Nuvilex, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NVLX), announces today that it has signed a Production Agreement with Clementine Art, Inc. to develop and manufacture safe, all-natural marker inks. Clementine Art is the only children’s art supply company that develops, manufactures, and sells a full line of natural products. In 2009, Clementine Art sold its art supplies in Whole Foods Market stores and directly to consumers through its web site.

Beginning in December 2009, Nuvilex will manufacture colored marker inks that will be used in 4- and 6-color natural marker sets that will be sold by Clementine Art to its existing and new retail outlets throughout the United States. In addition, customers can place orders online at http://www.clementineart.com/. The Production Agreements also facilitates additional research and development by Nuvilex to expand Clementine Art’s marker and new offering product lines. The Company anticipates, based on increasing demand for Clementine Art products, steadily increasing revenues from its newly signed Production Agreement.
